Building Educational Infrastructure in Housing Finance: IHFP assists academic and professional trade associations in building capacity in housing market and housing finance education and research. Some examples:

• IHFP has a Memorandum of Understanding with Wits Business School of the Witwatersrand University, the Republic of South Africa.
• IHFP has a collaborative arrangement with the Graduate School of Public and Development Management of the Witwatersrand University, the Republic of South Africa, to build up the capacity of the University’s faculty to teach housing policy and housing finance courses.
• IHFP assisted the Banker’s Association of India to develop risk management training courses.
